Message from the Founder

In today’s world, we are getting dependent on machines more & more, forgetting ourselves. With our increased reliance on the facilities, trends & vibes around, we are letting external forces overpower us, resulting in an imbalanced version of us.

The word 'Rhutam', means the absolute reality, the eternal, unconditional truth. Swadhyaya means 'स्व' 'अध्ययन', the study of self. Right from birth, we are keen to know more about our surroundings. Being unaware of what is within us, how powerful we are, we diminish ourselves and let the people or negative energies around to take charge of us. Let us not allow this to happen anymore by practicing “Swadhyaya”. And a base to begin this process is Yoga, which primarily makes one aware of one’s body and mind deeply with practice and hence gradually teaches us to continuously progress step by step to bring in the ultimate balance between our body and mind, and with that redefining the way we live. As even Lord Gautam Buddha rightly said - What you think, you become. The way sun rays are eternal, real; similarly, our understanding of each subject and topic and field should be true and unconditional. This is 'Rhutam Swadhyaya'.

Let us together enlighten ourselves with true knowledge with the help of Yoga and Yogic practices and understand this body physically and beyond.
